Before you apply for this service you need to ask the following questions

• Am I an alpha client?
• Do I have an alarm system?
• Is my system able to send the specialized signals to the Control Centre?

If you answered yes to all these questions you will be able to use the service.

The Control Centre will be able to alert you via sms of all "Arming and disarming" of your alarm system, when the "Power Fails and Restores" at your premises, and also notify you if your Alarm has not been "Armed" or "Disarmed" at certain times.
