Patrol ServiceThis service consists of: -
Random patrols throughout the suburb streets.
A weekly observation check which is done from the street to familiarise the officer of your premises
Breakdown Standby Assistance
This service will be provided to all Alpha clients.
The concept is that Alpha Security will provide a visual presence when you and your family members are waiting for a tow truck or other form of assistance to remedy the problem to your vehicle.
The service will be activated by a telephone call from the client to our monitoring centre.
All you have to do is explain your whereabouts as long as it is within our areas of operation
Rapid Reaction
This service is only available to clients who have an alarm system installed.
The alarm may be linked to our 24 hour monitoring centre via:
- Radio Communication
- Line Communication (telephone)
- The Rapid Reaction will be activated by the acknowledgement of your alarm signal at our monitoring centre
Rendezvous Service
This is an additional service to our clients.
This should not be seen as part of the patrol or reaction package.
This service is really an escort service for woman and the elderly when arriving at or leaving home.
It is subject to the availability of response vehicles and Alpha will use its sole discretion in the providing of this service/vehicle.
